1.1.13 The casino does not permit players to gamble with borrowed money.

1.1.14 The Casino allows you to select your own username and password combination. It is crucial to create a strong password and keep it confidential. Any actions performed through your account will be considered valid if your username and password are entered correctly, including any potential financial losses. We will not take responsibility if your account is compromised due to weaknesses in your security or if you use weak or shared passwords. In adherence to the regulations, Players should avoid using inappropriate or offensive usernames. If a Player chooses to do so, we hold the right to terminate their account.

1.1.15 Offers available to Players are restricted to one per individual, family, household address, email address, phone number, credit/debit card, and any shared computer (such as those at a school, library, or workplace). All casino offers are meant for casual players, and at our absolute discretion, we may limit the eligibility of Players to take part in any promotion. We retain the right to withdraw any offer or all offers from any Player or group of Players.

1.1.15.1 We hold the right to retract any bonuses given and any associated winnings if players are found to be manipulating or abusing any promotion aspect. In instances where there is evidence of a sequence of bets placed by a Player or a group of Players that leads to guaranteed profits through promotional offers, we reserve the right to disregard the bonus component of such offers and settle bets at the correct odds. We also reserve the right to request sufficient documentation from any Player to confirm their identity prior to crediting any bonuses, free bets, or offers to their account.

1.1.16 By registering an account, you indicate that you have read and accepted all the stipulations, terms, and conditions presented on the Group's Website. We recommend all members save (or print) all transaction records, gaming rules, cancellation policies, and pay-out procedures for their own reference.

1.1.17 When making payments via a credit or debit card, it's important that the name on the card matches the name used during your registration on the site. If the names differ, there is a possibility that your account may be temporarily disabled. Any withdrawals processed by bank transfer or check will only be issued in the name that matches the initial registration, and if a card has been utilized for deposits, it must align with the name registered on it.

1.1.19 We have a duty to process players' withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe. 1.2.1.3 will prevent any third party, especially minors, from directly or indirectly using your account, the Software, or claiming any rewards from the Casino;

1.2.1.4 have provided us with accurate, valid, and complete personal information and will notify us via email immediately if any of that information changes;

1.2.1.5 are the legitimate owner of the funds you wager at the Casino, or are duly authorized to use these funds for the purposes stated;

1.2.1.6 will not deposit or wager any money at the Casino if it has been acquired through illegal means as outlined in clause 1.6 below;

1.2.1.7 agree to settle all amounts owed to the Casino without initiating chargebacks or reversing any payments;

1.3 REFUSAL TO REGISTER, DEREGISTRATION, EXCLUSION & SUSPENSION

1.3.1 We reserve the right to deny your registration as a player, or opt to deregister, exclude, or suspend you from playing at the Casino at any time, with a written notification outlining our reasons for such actions.

1.4 CONSEQUENCES OF DEREGISTRATION, EXCLUSION OR SUSPENSION

1.4.1 In case we decide to deregister, exclude, or suspend your account at the Casino, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the following organizations:

  • Kahnawake Gaming Commission (referred to as 'our regulating body')

1.4.2 Should you fail to submit a complaint to our regulating authority within thirty (30) days of your deregistration, exclusion, or suspension, we reserve the discretion to:

1.4.2.1 withhold any payments owed to you of contested funds, which may include refunds, bonuses, free credit, payouts, etc.;

1.4.2.2 exclude you from any other Casinos that are part of our group; and/or

1.4.2.3 unilaterally determine the necessary criteria for establishing a new account with the Casino; and/or

1.4.2.4 in instances of fraud, illegal activities, or similar misconduct on your part, or failure to fulfill any financial obligations:

1.4.2.4.1 share relevant information regarding you to an internal database tracking such occurrences, and, if necessary, hand over your account details to a collections agency to recover any debts owed to us. You grant us irrevocable permission to proceed in this way at our discretion; and/or

1.4.2.4.2 forfeit any contested funds arising from your fraudulent, illegal, or similar actions.

1.4.3 If you do file a complaint with our regulating authority within thirty (30) days, we will only withhold payment of contested funds if directed to do so by the regulatory body. We will pay you any amounts they instruct us to.

1.5 INACTIVE ACCOUNTS & INACTIVE BONUS BALANCES

1.5.1 Please note that the terms of clause 1.5 apply only if all of a player's Real Accounts within the Casino Group are classified as inactive.

1.5.2 The Casino, at its complete discretion, may handle any credit balance remaining in an Inactive Player's Account as follows:

1.5.2.1 a monthly administration fee of 10 Euros may be charged against the credit balance over an 18 month period, after which any remaining funds will be forfeited:

1.5.2.1.1 either reducing the credit balance to zero; or

1.5.2.1.2 reactivating the Inactive Account; or

1.5.3 Regardless of whether playthrough requirements have been met, at our discretion, you could lose any bonuses and winnings accrued from such bonuses if they remain unused in your account for six months from the date they were granted. For this purpose, all Loyalty points awarded will also be considered as Bonuses.

1.6 MONEY LAUNDERING

1.6.1 It is important to acknowledge that specific jurisdictions enforce strict anti-money laundering regulations that may require us to report you to local or federal authorities if we are aware of, suspect, or believe that any of your transactions relate to funds from illegal activities or are designed to disguise such funds or enable criminal actions.

1.6.2 If we have awareness or suspicion as mentioned in section 1.6.1 above, we may:

1.6.2.1 suspend, deregister, or terminate your Account with immediate effect; and/or

1.6.2.2 at our sole discretion, refuse to refund any amounts held in that Account; and/or

1.6.2.3 exclude you from any other Casinos within our group; and/or

1.6.2.4 provide any necessary information about you to an internal database tracking such misconduct. You acknowledge our absolute discretion to do so.

1.6.3 We also reserve the right to report you to the applicable federal or local authorities if we deem it necessary to comply with legal obligations.

1.6.4 To help prevent money laundering:

1.6.4.1 no cash deposits will be permitted to fund any Account within the Casino;

1.6.4.2 significant and/or unusual withdrawals will not be processed unless notarized copies of the following documents are provided:

1.6.4.2.1 the latest bank statement pertaining to the account from which your wagers have been funded;

1.6.4.2.3 a utility bill, not older than six months, clearly displaying your registered name and address, such as a recent bank statement or a gas/electricity bill.

1.9.3 The Casino will implement all necessary actions if a Player is found to be exploiting a bug, bot, or any other form of artificial intelligence. This may include blocking the Player's account, freezing their funds, and retaining the right to initiate legal action.

2. THE SERVICE

2.1 The Casino accepts no responsibility for any interruptions, server failures, latency issues, or any other technical or external disturbances that may affect gameplay. We are not liable for any actions or failures made by your internet service provider or any third-party services that you use to access the website. 4.5 This Agreement does not prevent the Company from being held liable in cases of fraud, or for any cases of death or personal injury that occur due to the Company's negligence.

5. PROMOTIONS, COMPETITIONS, AND CASH-BACK PROGRAM

5.1. Please note that periodically, the Casino will offer various promotions, competitions, and a cash-back program. These might come with their own specific terms, conditions, and rules tailored for those particular offers. Any promotional bonus credited to your account must be utilized according to these specific rules. Promotions are available for a limited time, and the Casino can cancel any promotion without advance notice. Any bonuses that remain unutilized will expire six months from the issue date, along with any winnings gained from those bonuses and issued loyalty points, at the Casino's sole discretion, regardless of whether the playthrough requirements have been met.

5.5. The cash-back program is offered at the Casino's discretion, and the Casino will not engage in discussions regarding any aspect of the program, including the allocation of cash-back points to a Player's Account, the conversion rates of cash-back points to Casino Credits, or the eligibility of Players for participation in the cash-back program. The Casino holds the right to withdraw the cash-back program from a Player's account without prior notice.

5.6. As a member of the Casino group, you cannot claim a bonus at this Casino if (1) prior to opening your account here, you had already registered at any other online casino within the group and accepted a bonus from them, and (2) you have wagered the bonus and your initial deposit at this other casino less than 100 times. No player can receive more than one sign-up bonus at the Casino, even if they open multiple accounts in different currencies or languages. If you're credited with a sign-up bonus for which you're ineligible (as determined solely by us), the Casino will retroactively nullify that bonus along with any winnings derived from it.
